About Carrie Varner
You can find me helping my husband with his construction company, working on our rental properties, cleaning our Airbnb, organic crop farming, or taking care of our organic beef cattle. My favorite time is when I get a chance to be creative and weave in my studio!
Weaving gives me a chance to slow down, enjoy the labor of love and watch fabric being produced pick by pick. Weaving gives me time to express who I am and the little things in life that inspire me.

Sustainability Matters...
The majority of the yarns I use to create my fashion accessories are recovered from a former textile mill, and are a sustainable alternative to destruction and discard in landfill. I saved hundreds of pounds of yarn from ending up in the landfill, and I am creating heirloom accessories for women.
When I purchase yarns, I do my research and make sure the yarns are a sustainable too. I try to find yarns that are made in America to support our dwindling textile industry here in the states.
